Payment not reflected in dashboard
I paid ETB 850 for my passport application via Telebirr yesterday but the payment status still shows as unpaid in my dashboard. Transaction ID: TXN-20240110-1532.

Cannot upload birth certificate
When I try to upload my birth certificate in the document vault, I get an error saying "File too large". The file is 3.5MB. Is there a size limit?
